Emily Garner is an Associate Professor and Head Women's Basketball Coach in the Department of Athletics and Physical Education. As a coach and educator, her goal is to create and maintain a culture of excellence that maximizes the growth and potential of the whole student experience. This culture is founded on the values of trust, integrity, and consistent hard work. It is her hope that these values and culture will develop leadership and knowledge that extend beyond the court and classroom, and follow her students and players as they move throughout their lives.

Emily is also an active member of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
