Kristen Noone is assistant athletic director and senior woman administrator responsible for compliance and student-athlete well-being at Trinity College. She also serves as the athletic department's contest scheduler, director of physical education, advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), and as the College's deputy title IX coordinator. Noone is also the administrative sport liaison to the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) for swimming & diving.
Noone was Trinity's head men's and women's swimming and diving coach from 2000 to 2013, and served as its director of aquatics thru 2014. She was also an assistant swimming and diving coach at Trinity in 1999-00. Her teams consistently set new school records and earned the College Swimming Coaches Association Academic All American Team Award, and several swimmers and divers earned NESCAC All-Academic honors each season as well.
Noone competed as a distance freestyler and backstroker at Boston College, where she earned her bachelor's degree in 1989. A four-year letter winner and captain in her senior year, she was a Big East Conference and New England Championships qualifier all four years, and she earned numerous academic honors as an undergraduate. Noone completed her master's degree at Trinity in 2007.
