Rachael Schroeder is an Assistant Professor and Head Women’s Soccer Coach in the Department of Athletics and Physical Education. As a coach and teacher, she focuses on creating a positive environment where mistakes can be freely made so that students attempt to push themselves out of their comfort zones to meet maximum potential. She strives to create a culture that is positive, encouraging, challenging, and respectful.
