At Amherst, Adamski took over the pitching staff in 2012. Under his guidance, the 2013 Jeffs posted a program-record 3.17 team ERA en route to the NESCAC title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
He has served as hitting coach for the Holyoke Blue Sox of the NECBL, and in 2010 he led the West team to a gold medal at the Baystate Games in his first year as the team’s head coach. After serving as the head coach for the Dream Bat Bombers in the summer of 2011, Adamski was named head coach of the North Adams Steeplecats for the 2012 summer and promptly led the team back to the NECBL playoffs.
