As a condition of employment, all new employees will have payroll wage payments disbursed through direct deposit to the financial institution of the employee’s choice. This convenience will usually provide the employee with funds available in their bank account on the morning of payday.
The Direct Deposit Form must be completed at the time of hire. It is the employee’s responsibility to notify the Payroll Office if the individual’s bank account changes. This is accomplished through the Direct Deposit Form: Direct Deposit Form.
Employees will receive a Payroll Earnings Statement on payday that details the pay information.
