Course Description:
Awareness Through Movement (ATMĀ®) lessons combine gentle movements with increased attention to engage your nervous system and increase your brain's neuroplasticity. By improving your neurological and skeletal organization, Awareness Through Movement lessons can help you to change habitual patterns of posture and self-use, which improves your physical comfort, ease of movement, calmness, and sense of well-being. Feldenkrais lessons are extremely safe and suitable for people of all ages and abilities. All that is needed are a blanket, towels, and the floor space to lie down on. |
