Course Description:
Utilizing traditional and experimental printmaking media, students will explore line, tone, form and space, working primarily in black and white. The reproductive qualities of printmaking will be used to encourage developing images and ideas in a serial manner. As students develop skills and a working knowledge of the formal language of picture-making, they will be encouraged to pursue their own vision, culminating in a body of related images. |
