Course Description:
This course will examine the function, embryology, and evolution of the human form. We will examine the anatomy of the musculoskeletal, sensory, nervous, cardiovascular, osmoregulatory and reproductive systems. Discussions will also include the anatomical basis of certain clinical conditions and pathologies. Students will have hands-on experiences with bones and other tissues. (However, this course does not have a full lab and therefore might not fulfill the human anatomy requirement for admissions to some graduate programs.) |
