Course Description:
15th century tilework capturing complex geometric patterns; proto-computers revolutionizing weaving; knitted fabric providing new ways for grafting human skin - there is a history of arts and crafts inspiring advances in science, technology, engineering and math and a long history of STEM changing arts and crafts in turn. In this course, we will explore some of the connections between arts, crafts, and STEM. |
