Dr. Walker received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, his Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas State University.
Dr. Walker taught Mathematics throughout all of his degrees and also taught at Northwest Vista College in San Antonio, TX. He has Mathematics classes ranging from Developmental Math to Calculus, including Mathematics for Educators.
A comfortable class setting is a successful class setting is Dr. Walker's belief. He wants his students to know that making a mistake is a learning opportunity, not something to get discouraged by. Dr. Walker not only believes that he is there to teach his students the curriculum of the courses, but also to help students solidify their foundation in Mathematics.
