Over many years of coaching, Jason has been fortunate to develop a philosophy of not only skill development and game strategy, but also to build teams based on the strong beliefs of accountability, collaborative thinking, and a true passion and love for the game of lacrosse. With a passion for coaching and teaching the entire person, Jason takes an approach to coaching and developing student athletes as persons first and then as players second. Wanting to have his student athletes leave better than when they arrived, Jason holds his teams to high academic aspirations and standards and wants the students in his program to be fully vested and engaged in their their own college experiences and endeavors.
