The 2015 season was Katy Dissinger Szymanski’s first season as head coach of the Trinity Bantams. Szymanski spent the prior three years assisting for the program, helping guide it to three NESCAC Championships, one NCAA title and three NCAA Final Four appearances.
In 2012, Szymanski was the recipient of the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) National Assistant Coach of the Year award following the team's first NCAA Division III Championship. In addition to coaching lacrosse, she assisted the Trinity Field Hockey program from 2011-2013.
