Howard DeLong received a B.A. in Mathematics from Williams College (1957), and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Princeton University (1960). He taught philosophy at Trinity from 1960 until his retirement in 1999. His main interests are philosophy of mathematics, philosophy of science, philosophy of religion, and political philosophy. He is the author of A Profile of Mathematical Logic (1970) and In the Cause of Humanity: Creating Juried Democracies to New-Model the American Revolution (2015). |
