Degrees:
Ph.D., Univ. of Colorado
M.S., Univ. of Colorado
M.A., Univ. of Colorado
B.A., Bloomsburg Univ.
Professor Wyshinski graduated with her first mathematics degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania in 1978. At the University of Colorado in Boulder she earned two masters degrees, one in mathematics in 1980 and the other in applied mathematics in 1988, followed by a Ph.D. in mathematics in 1991. Her field of research is in the analytic theory of continued fractions. She has been teaching at Trinity College since 1991.
The hallmark of Professor Wyshinski’s teaching style is an infectious enthusiasm for all things mathematical. She particularly loves sharing with first-year students the beauty of calculus.
